Alien Ant Farm, together with CKY, are set to electrify fans across Europe and the UK in an expansive tour starting this October. The announcement follows the release of Alien Ant Farm’s introspective new album, ~mAntras~, which dropped on April 26th via Metalforce Records.
Supporting the Scene
In a pioneering move, both bands have partnered with the Music Venue Trust to support grassroots music venues throughout the UK. Fans will have the option to add a £1 donation when purchasing tickets for the UK tour dates, aiding local venues that are crucial for developing artists.
Alien Ant Farm’s frontman, Dryden Mitchell, expressed his enthusiasm about returning to the UK, their “home away from home,” and the new partnership with CKY, describing it as a “proper nice fit.” Mitchell also highlighted their support for the Music Venue Trust’s efforts in bolstering grassroots venues, urging other artists to join the initiative.
“As a band, we have seen the work that Music Venue Trust are doing for grassroots venues across the UK and were inspired to lend our support. We are honored to be the first American bands to be involved in this initiative and would urge other artists who enjoy playing in the UK to follow suit.” – Dryden Mitchell, Alien Ant Farm
