Razorlight Return For 20th Anniversary Tour Celebrating Their 5x Platinum Self Titled Album
Razorlight are heading back out on the road for a major UK, Ireland and European tour celebrating 20 years of their blockbuster second album, Razorlight.
Released in 2006, the record sent the London indie-rock band into the mainstream, topping the UK album chart and delivering some of their most enduring songs, including In The Morning, Before I Fall To Pieces, I Can’t Stop This Feeling I’ve Got and the UK Number 1 single America.
Fronted by Johnny Borrell, Razorlight’s classic four-piece lineup will perform the album in full across the tour, revisiting both the defining singles and deeper cuts such as Hold On, Who Needs Love and Kirby’s House.
A victory lap for a defining indie era
The tour begins in Europe on October 23, 2026, before arriving in the UK on November 26 for a show at Glasgow’s O2 Academy. From there, Razorlight will play Newcastle, Wolverhampton, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, London, Bristol and Belfast, before wrapping up in Dublin on December 14.
Tickets go on general sale from Friday, June 19 at 9am, with pre-sales beginning Wednesday, June 17 at 9am.
Support comes from London punk-inspired brother and sister duo The Molotovs, who arrive fresh from a UK No. 3 album and a string of ferocious live shows. The December 4 date at OVO Arena Wembley will also feature The K’s, completing a three-band celebration of British guitar music. The K’s will support Razorlight across the European run too.
Reconnecting with the songs that made them
Reflecting on the period that produced Razorlight, Borrell recalls the band hitting a rich creative stride.
“The album itself started to sound like a greatest hits,” he said. “That’s when you know you’re alright.”
He also pointed to the chemistry between himself and drummer and co-songwriter Andy Burrows, whose partnership became central to the band’s success.
“Me and Andy fell into this groove of writing, just this amazing musical connection,” Borrell said. “When you do that, it’s like falling in love; it’s just this sort of mutual intoxication and we just couldn’t stop writing.”
Following Razorlight, the band continued their commercial run with the platinum-selling Slipway Fires, which produced the hit single Wire To Wire. More recently, the classic lineup reunited for shows around their best-of compilation Razorwhat? The Best Of Razorlight, marking a renewed chapter for a band whose sharp-edged guitar anthems helped define a generation of British indie.
