WARGASM bring electronic abrasion and metal bite to new single Swallow
WARGASM have released their new single Swallow, a tightly wound blast of electronic production, metallic force and club-ready menace. The track arrives via the duo’s new label home, Hopeless Records, alongside an official music video.
Running for just over three minutes, Swallow follows recent single Get Down and finds Milkie Way and Sam Matlock leaning into the abrasive, physical collision of sounds that has long powered their work. The track moves between industrial textures, distorted riffs and sharp rhythmic turns without settling into one lane for long.
In a statement, the band said: “From the immortal teachings of Peaches: ‘fuck the pain away’. This is our soundtrack to mistakes and love in this hell of a century. You can feel good when you’re being bad. Human touch just to feel something. This is Spit.’s hot cousin. This is Swallow.”
A new chapter with Hopeless Records
Swallow marks another release in WARGASM’s current Hopeless Records era, after Get Down introduced the partnership. The new track keeps the duo’s approach deliberately unruly, bringing rave-weight electronics into contact with punk attitude and heavy-music intensity.
The release also lands as WARGASM prepare to join Scene Queen for an extensive run of North American dates, beginning in Kansas this week and continuing through October. The itinerary includes stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Orlando before the pair board the ShipRocked Cruise in January 2027.
