London, get ready—Deftones are set to make a thrilling return to the UK next summer with a major headline show at Crystal Palace Park on Sunday, 29 June 2025. After a three-year hiatus from UK stages, the Grammy-winning alt-rock legends are back with a handpicked lineup that includes special guests Weezer, UK hardcore act High Vis, and more artists yet to be announced.
A Night of Alternative Icons
Formed in 1988 in Sacramento, Deftones have spent over three decades shaping the sound of alternative rock. With frontman Chino Moreno’s haunting vocals, and a sound that pushes boundaries, Deftones are renowned for their genre-defying artistry across nine studio albums—including their Grammy-nominated Ohms. Their 2025 appearance marks a highly anticipated return for fans eager to experience Deftones’ raw, emotional live energy once again.
Joining Deftones on stage will be Weezer, an iconic group known for infusing heavy pop-punk hooks with ’70s metal and clever visuals. Their breakout Blue Album (1994) and cult-favorite Pinkerton (1996) remain beloved by fans, and the band’s long career is a testament to their ability to innovate. Also on the lineup is High Vis, a UK hardcore outfit blending British street punk energy with melodic and psychedelic touches, bringing a distinctively gritty presence to the night’s lineup.
Historic Venue, Unmissable Show
Crystal Palace Park is no stranger to musical history, with legendary acts like The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, and Pink Floyd gracing its stage in the past. This year, the park hosted Skepta’s Big Smoke Festival, Bloc Party, and The National, and it’s gearing up for an even more stacked schedule in 2025. Deftones’ upcoming show is sure to be another unforgettable addition to the venue’s storied legacy.
