Harpy Ignites with Debut EP VII and Explosive ‘Inferno’ Visual
Harpy, the fiercely original alt provocateur shaking up the UK’s heavy scene, has dropped her long-awaited debut EP VII — and it’s every bit the firestorm fans hoped for. Released today on all major streaming platforms, VII is a high-concept, genre-defying journey through the seven deadly sins, delivered with theatrical flair and gothic seduction.

To mark the occasion, Harpy has also unveiled the official music video for lead single Inferno, a smouldering, tension-filled track that opens the EP with a visceral punch.
“Inferno is the story of push and pull I had with a lover once,” Harpy reveals, underscoring the raw, personal threads running through the record.
A Sinful Descent
Across seven tracks — Inferno, Last Time, Call Me Mommy, Torture, Dark Matter, Precious, and Bitter — Harpy transforms vice into art. From Lust to Wrath to Pride, VII doesn’t shy away from darkness but dances in it, wrapped in layers of femme fatale goth rock and cinematic industrial-pop.
“‘VII’ is my provocative descent into the emotions we’re so often told to deny. It’s a soundtrack for indulgence and defiance — where seduction collides with shame, and rage finally finds its rhythm,” Harpy says of the EP.

With bombastic production and lyrics that bleed vulnerability and menace in equal measure, VII positions Harpy as a boundary-pusher, unafraid to confront the primal, the painful, and the provocative.
