A New Chapter for a Thrash Legend

Thrash metal giant Kerry King has set the stage for a monumental solo debut, announcing a headline show at London’s iconic Electric Ballroom on Tuesday, June 18th. This pivotal event marks King’s first UK solo band performance following an appearance at the renowned Download Festival at Donington Park.

Tickets and Album Buzz

Tickets for the London show are now available, having gone on sale today at 10am via the Live Nation ticket store. Coinciding with this announcement, King’s debut solo album, From Hell I Rise, is slated for release on 17th May through Reigning Phoenix Music. Fans eager to get their hands on the album can pre-order now.

Visual and Sonic Assault: ‘Residue’

In anticipation of the album release, Kerry King unveiled the video for “Residue,” a track from the upcoming album. The video, co-directed by Jim Louvau and Tony Aguilera—known for their work with Jerry Cantrell and Sebastian Bach—features a powerhouse performance by King’s new lineup, including Mark Osegueda, Phil Demmel, Kyle Sanders, and Paul Bostaph. Filmed at a Phoenix studio, the video offers a visceral taste of what to expect from King’s solo ventures.
