2000trees Expands 2025 Line-up with Over 35 New Acts, Headlining Performances, and Rare Festival Exclusives

With its roots deep in DIY ethics and a reputation for unearthing tomorrow’s icons, 2000trees Festival continues its unstoppable rise—adding more than 35 new names to an already impressive 2025 line-up.

After already securing a powerhouse main stage roster—Alexisonfire, Kneecap, PVRIS, Taking Back Sunday, and Coheed and Cambria—the Gloucestershire-based festival now welcomes back old favourites, scene legends, and fresh talent for four days of noise, sweat, and unity.

Hot Milk Reignite the Fire on Wednesday Night

Manchester’s Hot Milk are back to headline the opening night following their incendiary debut at the top of the bill last year. Known for their high-energy, genre-defying blend of punk, pop, and chaos, the band promises to kick off the weekend with another unrelenting set.

“Last year we headlined and it went off… Wednesday night, you are ours and we are yours.” — Han Mee, Hot Milk

Expect confetti, chaos, and catharsis.

Twin Atlantic Bring Meltdown and Big Energy to Axiom

Glasgow’s Twin Atlantic return as Thursday’s second-stage headliners, armed with songs from their recent self-released album Meltdown. Their fusion of melodic anthems and raucous riffs is perfectly at home at Trees, a festival they’ve played time and time again.

“Getting to watch the festival evolve and grow… we give it a bit extra when we play there.” — Sam McTrusty, Twin Atlantic

This performance is set to be a thunderous homecoming for the band and a must-see for alt-rock fans.

Frank Turner Delivers Love Ire & Song in Full on Friday

Few artists have become as intertwined with 2000trees as Frank Turner. This year, he returns to the Forest stage for an intimate solo set performing Love Ire & Song—his critically acclaimed second album—in full.

“Trees has been a home away from home for me… I think it’s going to be magic.” — Frank Turner

It’s a rare opportunity to hear fan favourites like “Photosynthesis” and “I Knew Prufrock Before He Got Famous” in the peaceful wooded enclave of the festival’s most beloved stage.

Exclusive Returns, First Times, and Iconic Sets

London alt-metallers Puppy will return for their first live appearance since 2022. Having cut their teeth at 2000trees in their early days, the trio’s comeback set will be a festival exclusive. Also exclusive to Trees: Press Club, the Australian punk powerhouse known for emotionally raw, high-octane live shows.

La Dispute will perform not once but twice, adding a second forest set to their anticipated appearance, while Hevenshe (Jenna from Tonight Alive) makes her UK solo debut.

Elsewhere, the line-up boasts a blistering mix of legends and newcomers:

  • Welsh-American noise icons Mclusky
  • Post-hardcore heroes Sparta
  • Riot-grrrl revivalists Dream Nails
  • Brazilian punk act Karen Dió
  • Grunge-soaked Love Is Noise
  • UK indie-rockers The Hunna
  • Powerful alt-voices like Kevin Devine, BLACKGOLD, Superbloom, and many more

Full Weekend = 4 Days of Discovery, Energy, and Community

With over 130 bands across four days, 2000trees 2025 promises a true deep dive into alternative music—from punk to post-hardcore, emo to indie, noise rock to nu-metal.

On top of that:

  • Frank Turner, Alexisonfire, Kneecap, PVRIS, Taking Back Sunday, Coheed and Cambria
  • Set in the rolling Cotswold Hills at Upcote Farm, Trees delivers an experience that’s more intimate and fan-focused than your typical major festival.
  • Eco-conscious initiatives, local food, and a passionate community make it a haven for music lovers.
