Babyshambles lead Shiiine On Weekender 2027 line-up in Skegness
Babyshambles will make their Shiiine On Weekender debut as Saturday night headliners when the festival returns to Butlin’s Skegness from 19–21 March 2027.
The Pete Doherty-fronted band top a sprawling first wave of names for the seaside weekender, which brings indie, alternative, punk and dance acts together across three nights of live sets, club events and late-night parties.
Babyshambles will be joined on Saturday by fellow Shiiine On debutants Gene, while Ned’s Atomic Dustbin are also set for the bill. Friday night will be headlined by Cast, with Black Grape and Jim Bob among the key names, while Reverend & The Makers, The Futureheads and The Rifles will play Reds.
A three-night bill across Skegness
Sunday’s closing line-up will see Ash return to headline, with Starsailor and Sleeper also appearing on the final night. Elsewhere, the weekend’s live programme includes sets from Buzzcocks, The Selecter, The Sultans of Ping, EMF, Puressence, The Dub Pistols, The Farm, Dubstar, Ozric Tentacles, Banco de Gaia, Senser, The Supernaturals and China Drum.
Shiiine On Acoustic will host stripped-back performances from The Bluetones and Chris Helme, while Tim Burgess will help close the festival with a Sunday night party alongside Star Shaped.
The rave room expands for 2027
The dance-focused Shiiine On: Rave On stage is also expanding, with The Sabres of Paradise and The Orb leading the electronic line-up. Bez will host his own Day Party, joined by Steve Davis, James Atkin and Kavus Torabi.
Outside the music programme, Rob Newman will lead the Comedy Stage following his previous Minehead lockout, while Terry Christian brings his live My Word! show to Skegness. Club nights, pool parties, exhibitions, Alan Leach’s Indie Quiz and Bingo, sports bars and food options are also planned, with the Tonic Stage line-up still to be announced.
Shiiine On Weekender 2027 dates
The event returns for its third Skegness edition, with accommodation included as part of the festival packages.
