Beth Hart announces four-date UK tour including long-awaited Royal Albert Hall return
Beth Hart will return to UK stages in September 2027 for a four-date run culminating at London’s Royal Albert Hall, her first performance at the venue in almost 10 years.
The singer-songwriter will begin the tour at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall on 21 September, before moving through York and Glasgow. The run closes at the Royal Albert Hall on 27 September, bringing Hart back to one of the rooms most closely associated with her UK live shows.
A return to the Albert Hall
The London date marks Hart’s first Royal Albert Hall appearance since her previous concert at the venue, which was later documented on Beth Hart Live at the Royal Albert Hall. The show is set to be the final stop of a short run taking in some of the UK’s major seated venues.
Hart’s current album, You Still Got Me, continues her characteristically unguarded songwriting, shifting between blues-inflected rock, soul and piano-led balladry. Speaking about her writing process, Hart said: “I never write in terms of thinking it’s going to be an album or go to people. When I write, it’s always for the joy of writing or for the challenge of writing, to seek what’s going on.”
She continued: “Sometimes, I go just when I’m sad or scared. If I check in on the piano, it sometimes reveals itself. Sometimes a song comes, and sometimes one doesn’t. Either way, there’s comfort there.”
