British Lion set six consecutive Christmas shows at London’s Cart & Horses
British Lion will return to London’s Cart & Horses this December for a six-night Christmas residency, running from 13th to 18th December.
The run follows the band’s UK headline tour and their five-night stint at the Stratford venue in 2025. This time, Steve Harris and company will take over the intimate East London room for six consecutive evenings, with Albion appearing as special guests throughout.
Steve Harris said: “We’re really happy to be coming back to the Cart & Horses for six nights in December. We’ve had some fantastic shows there over the years, and it’s always great to get back to such an important venue for Iron Maiden’s history. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there!”
Albion join the full six-night run
Albion’s line-up includes current Jethro Tull guitarist Jack Clark and former Jethro Tull guitarist Joe Parrish-James, who left the band to concentrate on Albion. Their place on the bill adds another strand to the residency, with Harris a longstanding admirer of Jethro Tull.
The Cart & Horses has long held a particular place in Iron Maiden lore, making the six-date run a fittingly close-quarters setting for British Lion’s final London shows of the year.
