CHAMBER Share Explosive New Single Violins Ahead of March Album
Nashville’s purveyors of “psychotic mosh metal” CHAMBER have confirmed their long-awaited return. The band’s third full-length, this is goodbye…, lands 27 March 2026 via Pure Noise Records, marking a new chapter for one of metalcore’s most uncompromising outfits.

Alongside the announcement comes the ferocious new single ‘violins’, complete with a gripping video directed by Nick Chance. It’s a first taste of a record that promises to be as cathartic as it is crushing.
Written on Instinct
Reflecting on the album’s creation, the band describe a process driven less by calculation and more by gut instinct:
“this is goodbye… is Chamber at our most open and instinctive. A lot of this record was written on the spot in Randy’s studio, with no time to overthink what we were playing. When I think back on putting this record together, I just remember the laughs we had in the studio and how naturally these songs came to be. To be real, we just had a ton of fun and tried to write parts that would get each other stoked.”
Produced once again by longtime collaborator Randy LeBoeuf, the 12-track assault follows 2023’s A Love To Kill For and continues the evolution that began with 2020’s Cost Of Sacrifice. Where its predecessor sharpened their blade, this is goodbye… twists it.

The album wrestles with exhaustion, uncertainty, grief and creative doubt — themes born from nearly a decade of grinding it out in a scene that rarely slows down. Yet for all its heaviness, there’s a strange clarity here. The title, lifted from closing track ‘in revolving doors’, feels less like a curtain call and more like a reckoning.
Violins Turns Up the Heat
‘violins’ showcases a band unafraid to push at the edges of their sound. Vocalist and guitarist Gabe Manuel reveals the unlikely inspirations behind the track:
“We almost always write pieces of songs and put them together in the studio, but ‘Violins’ was one of a few songs on this record that we finished writing pretty far in advance. I was listening heavy to ‘De-Loused’/‘Frances the Mute’ era The Mars Volta when we were writing this, and the rhythm of the chorus is definitely influenced by that stuff + anime theme song vibes. We all have eclectic music tastes outside of hardcore/metal, and this song fuses all those influences together in a way that I really love.”
That nod to The Mars Volta adds a wild rhythmic pulse beneath the band’s trademark dissonance and pulverising breakdowns. It’s intricate, unpredictable and primed for chaos in a live setting.
Tracklist for This Is Goodbye…
- arms of eternity
- scarlet ink
- violins
- vanity
- surveillance
- parting gift
- angel
- pale blue (why?)
- without a trace
- resurrect (Feat. Vincent Bennett)
- death without departure
- in revolving doors
Across these twelve tracks, CHAMBER channel existential dread and resilience into something blistering and deeply personal. Audio clips frame the record, tension coils tightly around strange rhythms, and nothing is delivered without maximum force.
On the Road This Spring
Fans won’t have to wait long to feel the new material in the flesh. CHAMBER hit the road this spring alongside Malevolence and Guilt Trip, taking their chaos across the US.
With momentum building and pre-orders live now, this is goodbye… looks set to be a defining moment for a band who’ve never sounded more focused — or more feral.
