Good Charlotte Announce Motel Du Cap EU and UK Tour
Good Charlotte have announced their Motel Du Cap EU + UK Tour, bringing the band’s long-awaited world tour to Europe and the UK this November. The run follows a sold-out arena tour across Australia and New Zealand, and will see the pop-punk giants joined by Yellowcard as support.
The tour begins in Stockholm on November 8 before heading through Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France, then wrapping up with two major UK arena shows at The O2 in London and Manchester’s Co-op Live.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday May 29 at 10am local time.
A Major UK Return
The announcement lands as Good Charlotte prepare to headline Slam Dunk Festival, the UK’s biggest independent pop-punk, rock and alternative festival. Their 2026 appearance is especially fitting, with Slam Dunk celebrating its twentieth anniversary and Good Charlotte returning to UK stages for the first time since 2019.
Few bands are as closely tied to the early-2000s pop-punk explosion as Good Charlotte. From “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” to “The Anthem,” the Madden brothers and their bandmates helped shape the sound, look and emotional language of a generation. Now, with Motel Du Cap, they are stepping into a new era without losing sight of where they came from.
Motel Du Cap Marks a New Chapter
Released last August, Motel Du Cap is Good Charlotte’s eighth studio album and their first in seven years. Written by Benji and Joel Madden alongside Mattias Bylund, and produced by Zakk Cervini and Jordan Fish, the record finds the band reconnecting with their roots while pushing into sharper, more expansive territory.
The album was introduced with the lead single “Rejects,” performed live on Jimmy Kimmel, followed by “Stepper” and “I Don’t Work Here Anymore,” which the band debuted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
New Collaboration With The Great Frog
Alongside the tour announcement, Good Charlotte have also unveiled a new collaboration with cult British jewellery house The Great Frog and Painted Flowers, the Los Angeles and Tokyo creative collective founded by the Madden Brothers with Tadaaki Wakamatsu.
The limited capsule includes a handcrafted silver ring and long sleeve T-shirt, bringing together music, design and subcultural craft at the start of the band’s latest chapter.
