Instigators head to the 100 Club and Huddersfield for two August UK shows
Instigators will play two UK shows this month, taking in a rare London appearance at the 100 Club before returning to Huddersfield for a hometown date at Parish.
The West Yorkshire hardcore punk outfit arrive back in the UK following a headline set at Southern Poland’s Zydnia DIY Fest. Their first stop is the 100 Club on Friday 21 August, where they will be joined by Fantazmaz and Quick Romance for a Vive Le Rock Presents bill. The show marks Instigators’ first appearance at the legendary Oxford Street venue in 41 years.
The following night, the band head north for Parish in Huddersfield, with Desperate Measures joining the line-up. It is a hometown show for a group whose return has brought fresh live activity alongside a run of new and archival releases.
Two nights of old-school hardcore and new material
The London and Huddersfield dates arrive shortly after the release of Sanctus Propaganda Sessions 5, a 10-track live-in-the-studio recording captured at Dobra 12 Studio in Poland in August 2025. The release revisits material from Nobody Listens Anymore, Phoenix and Shockgun, alongside EP cuts, and is available on purple vinyl and digitally. Proceeds from the release support human rights causes.

The group have additionally released a new 12-inch edition of Full Circle / The Sleeper through Sanctus Propaganda. The record pairs remastered versions of the two tracks originally released in 1987 with 2025 rehearsal recordings of Full Circle, The Sleeper and Suicide Investigation Team featuring the current line-up. The August dates
The 100 Club show reunites Instigators with one of London punk’s most enduring rooms, while the Parish date brings the band back to their Yorkshire base the following evening.

Instigators are also set to play at the Morecambe Punk Festival in November, followed by three German shows with the Norwegian outfit Pjolter Guys.
