Team Dresch announce first album in 30 years with Furthermore

New Team Dresch album Furthermore arrives with One Song and London date

Team Dresch have announced Furthermore, their first full-length album in 30 years, which is set for release on 18 September 2026 through Jealous Butcher Records. The queercore band have also shared lead single One Song, accompanied by a video starring Jody Bleyle’s daughter.

The band frame One Song as a track about memory, solidarity and survival. “There are lots of layers to this song. It’s a love song to our young selves from our present selves. It’s a song of hope and power for all the young queers who are dragged into the struggle,” they said.

Inside Furthermore

Furthermore follows 1996’s Captain My Captain and arrives with 12 tracks, opening with One Song and running through songs including Growing Underground, Heard A Bang and Protectors.

The release will be followed by a run of live dates that starts in the US with the Breeders, then moves through Switzerland and Germany before a one-off UK headline show at London’s Lexington on 30 September. Tickets are on sale now.
