Tons of Rock 2026 Levels Up with Yungblud, The Offspring, Babymetal and A Perfect Circle
Tons of Rock is turning up the volume on 2026. Already boasting a fierce foundation of heavy music’s best, Norway’s flagship rock and metal festival has added another round of game-changing acts to its lineup — now featuring the likes of Yungblud, The Offspring, A Perfect Circle, Tom Morello, and Babymetal.
The festival, held in Oslo’s dramatic Ekeberg Park, continues to evolve into one of Europe’s most forward-facing and genre-expansive rock events. 2026 is shaping up to be the biggest edition yet — a collision of punk, metal, alt-rock, and global crossover energy.

A Lineup That Crosses Borders and Breaks Barriers
British firestarter Yungblud will bring his boundary-smashing mix of punk, pop and rebellion to the Tons of Rock stage for the first time, with only a handful of European appearances confirmed for 2026.
“Getting Yungblud to Tons of Rock is beyond incredible,” says General Manager Jarle Kvåle. “He’ll play only a few European festivals next year, and we’re proud to be one of them. 2026 will be a historic year for the festival and for Norwegian rock.”

That same spirit of scale and ambition runs through the rest of the newly announced lineup:
- The Offspring, icons of punk’s 1990s revolution, bring decades of anthems and untamed live energy.
- A Perfect Circle, the darkly cerebral project of Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel, returns with their genre-shattering catalogue.
- Tom Morello, one of rock’s most innovative guitarists, arrives armed with the revolutionary riffs that defined Rage Against the Machine and beyond.
- Babymetal, Japan’s electrifying fusion of metal, pop, and visual spectacle, make their Tons of Rock debut in what promises to be one of the most talked-about sets of the festival.

A Stacked Lineup Gets Even Stronger
These join a wave of already announced heavy hitters that span the full spectrum of rock and metal:
- Five Finger Death Punch
- Tool
- Avenged Sevenfold
- Dropkick Murphys
- Alice Cooper
- Corey Taylor
- Behemoth
- Tommy Clufetos’ Ozzy Osbourne Tribute
