Robert Jon & The Wreck bring These Wicked Rivers along for six UK shows this October
Robert Jon & The Wreck have confirmed These Wicked Rivers as special guests for their October 2026 UK tour, bringing a hefty double bill of blues-soaked rock to six venues across England.
The Southern Californian group will begin the run at Cambridge Junction on Friday 2 October before heading through Nottingham, Liverpool, Bristol and Leeds, closing at Oxford’s O2 Academy 2 on 8 October. The dates arrive following the release of the band’s latest album, Wreckage Volume 3.
A shared belief in the real thing
These Wicked Rivers guitarist Arran Day said the pairing reflected a mutual approach to making and presenting rock music.
“From the first time I saw the Wreck boys perform live a few years ago, I was instantly drawn to their unwavering belief in the music, the message they’re putting across, and the importance of it being real,” Day said.
“It’s an ethos we share, not just musically, but also in the way they operate as a band. There’s that same sense of brotherhood, passion, and family that we’ve always tried to build ourselves and we cannot wait to bring both of our families together to celebrate the immense power of rock & roll this October.”
The tour opens on the same day These Wicked Rivers release their third studio album, Fire and Folklore, via Fat Earth Records. Day added: “The tour kicks off on the very day that our new album Fire and Folklore is released into the world – and what better way to celebrate!”
Planet Rock favourites meet on the road
Both acts currently have singles on Planet Rock Radio’s A-list. Robert Jon & The Wreck’s Arroyo is in its seventh week of airplay, while These Wicked Rivers’ Horse To Water is also receiving regular rotation.
