Cinema Stereo set debut album 12:34 for October release alongside Expectations single and UK dates
Cinema Stereo will release their debut full-length album 12:34 on 2 October 2026, with the Nashville rock trio also sharing new single Expectations and confirming a UK headline run for November and December.
The 12-track record was produced by Paul Moak at Nashville’s The Smoakstack, with Zack Zinck engineering and Sam Moses handling mastering. It will arrive on digital platforms, CD and limited-edition vinyl.
Expectations is the fourth single to emerge from the album, sitting in the record’s second half alongside Ride to the Sun, Flowers and Lean On You. The band have also released a lyric video for the track.
A record shaped in the studio
Across 12:34, Cinema Stereo draw together layered vocal harmonies, guitars, synths and melodic rock songwriting, with the title track positioned as the album’s brief emotional centrepiece. The record moves from the opening rush of Flood through the quieter A Moment of Feeling Alone before closing on Proxima.
Frontman Ian Rayha said: “We were finally able to say the things we wanted to say musically. Paul Moak let us experiment and try any and every idea we had most of which made it to the final mix. Any sound/song you could reference he would help diagnose and have the tools to recreate in the studio. Because of this the band’s identity started to take shape and I can’t wait for the world to hear 12:34.”
Moak added: “Working with Cinema Stereo was such a fun, exciting adventure. Ian’s songs are a fury of his creative energy matched with Seb’s guitars jumping out of the speakers. The band is so creative and exciting to be around. Every day the boys would walk in with fresh ideas for layers on the songs.”

European shows lead into a UK run
Cinema Stereo’s first European headline tour begins in Belgium in October, taking in dates across Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands before the band reaches the UK. The British dates include Manchester’s Deaf Institute, Glasgow’s Slay and a final London show at O2 Academy Islington.
