Floor Jansen shares Everything Is Moving On ahead of Hytress and London date
Floor Jansen has released Everything Is Moving On, the third single from her forthcoming solo album Hytress, due out on 15th January 2027 via Revamp Music / Warner Music.
The new track pairs a vocal-led heavy arrangement with a message about recognising the passing of time and acting on the choices that matter. Its lyrics move between urgency and reflection, with Jansen singing of dreams, change and the need to remain present while life continues at speed.
Jansen said: “For me, this song is about being awake to the life you have now. We so easily tell ourselves we’ll do something later, but life keeps moving. Enjoy it, take the chances that matter to you, and make choices that feel right for who you are and where you want to go.
“Sometimes that also means letting go of things that no longer feel right. Those choices aren’t always easy. You can be grateful for everything that brought you to where you are, and still recognise when something no longer fits who you are now, or who you want to be. Every experience and every person leaves something with you. Moving on doesn’t erase that; you take it with you into whatever comes next.”
The song follows earlier Hytress singles Run and Bring Me Silence. Watch the video here.
