Melrose Avenue Announce 2027 UK Headline Tour
Hotly-tipped Sydney quartet Melrose Avenue have announced a UK and Ireland headline tour for January and February 2027, with Arankai joining them across the run.
The news lands ahead of the band’s anticipated appearance at Download Festival this weekend, as their international rise continues to gather serious momentum. After selling out their debut UK and European headline tour in 2025, Melrose Avenue are already lining up a bigger, louder return.
Bigger Stages, Heavier Songs And Louder Nights
Frontman Vlado Saric says the band are eager to get back in front of the crowds that helped fuel their breakout overseas run.
“We knew this summer would be absolute madness — packed-out festivals, sweat, chaos, and some wild crowds,” he shares. “So we wanted to get back to those people ASAP and turn the heat up even more. Bigger stages, heavier songs and louder nights.”
Built on a collision of metalcore force, arena-sized choruses and sharp modern production, Melrose Avenue have become one of Australia’s most talked-about heavy exports. Their growing online presence has translated into a fiercely dedicated global fanbase, with more than 2.8 million followers across social media and over half a million monthly Spotify listeners.
A New Generation Rock Band On The Rise
Having signed with Hopeless Records in 2024, Melrose Avenue have pushed into a new chapter with singles including Taste and Bad Guy, both showcasing the band’s knack for pairing massive riffs with polished hooks and emotional weight.
Led by Saric alongside guitarist Mitchell Black, drummer Jed McIntosh, and guitarist/vocalist Shawn ‘Red Curl’ Mayer, the band channel the scale and intensity of modern heavy acts while carving out a sound built for festival fields, packed clubs and full-scale international impact.
