Movements Share Everything Is Fine Visualiser Ahead Of New Album Happier Now

Movements have shared the visualiser for their new single Everything Is Fine, the latest cut from their forthcoming album Happier Now, out 4th September 2026 via Fearless Records.

The Southern California post-hardcore outfit have long thrived on tension, melody and emotional grit, and Everything Is Fine lands right in that charged space between anxious introspection and widescreen singalong release.

A post-punk turn with post-hardcore bite

Known for angular, discordant post-hardcore, Movements take a more moody and mercurial route on Everything Is Fine. The track leans into brooding post-punk textures while retaining the melodic pull that has made the band one of the scene’s most enduring modern voices.

When vocalist Patrick Miranda repeats the title phrase, it does not feel like reassurance so much as a question hanging in the air. It is a song built around anxiety, but one that still moves with a sharp, magnetic groove.

Everything Is Fine is one of those songs that took a while to get right,” Miranda says. “It went through multiple different versions before we landed on this one, and it ended up being one of my favorite choruses on the record. It’s a song about anxiety, and I think fans of the earlier Movements subject matter will really enjoy this one.”

Happier Now arrives this September

Happier Now marks Movements’ fourth full-length album for Fearless Records, with GRAMMY-winning producer Will Yip, known for his work with Turnstile, Title Fight and Circa Survive, once again behind the desk.

The record is described as both expansive and emotional, blending the early hallmarks of Movements’ sound with the more recent energy of 2023’s RUCKUS!. Previous singles Dissolve Me and Back In My Ways helped shape the album’s direction, acting as what the band call sonic north stars during the recording process.

For Miranda, the record became a way of pulling together different eras of the band.

“I think at first we weren’t really sure what the record was going to be,” he says. “We all had a general idea: We wanted it to bring in the early elements of our sound and blend it with the newer material like RUCKUS! and mesh both of those sounds.”
