Rock am Ring and Rock im Park expand 2027 line-ups with 24 new acts

Rock am Ring and Rock im Park have confirmed a further 24 artists for their 2027 editions, with Killswitch Engage, Pendulum, Jinjer and Sleeping With Sirens leading the latest wave.

The twin German festivals take place from 4–6 June 2027 at the Nürburgring and Nürnberg, respectively. The new announcement brings the number of confirmed acts across the weekend to 50, joining previously revealed headliners Die Toten Hosen, blink-182 and Bring Me The Horizon.

Metalcore, post-hardcore and electronic rock join the bill

Killswitch Engage arrive as one of the most significant names in the latest drop, while Pendulum add their bass-heavy electronic rock spectacle to a bill already built for vast festival stages. Ukrainian metal outfit Jinjer and post-hardcore stalwarts Sleeping With Sirens also join the programme.

Elsewhere, Silverstein, The Devil Wears Prada and The Amity Affliction strengthen the festival’s metalcore, emo and post-hardcore offering. They are joined by Holding Absence, Novelists, Currents and From Ashes to New.

The heavier end of the announcement also includes hardcore acts Guilt Trip and SPEED, alongside Betontod, Alexander Marcus, TBS, As December Falls, Cenobia, Clutch, Haywire, Highly Suspect, Mittel Alta, Showing Teeth and The Pretty Wild.

A bill already stacked with major names

The newly announced artists join an extensive first wave featuring Faith No More, Parkway Drive, Billy Talent, Evanescence, Turnstile, Falling In Reverse, The Prodigy, Bad Religion, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Bullet For My Valentine, Lorna Shore, Motionless In White, Nothing But Thieves, Poppy and Simple Plan.

Demand for both events is already high. Rock am Ring has sold more than 80,000 weekend tickets, leaving around 10,000 available, while Rock im Park has shifted more than 60,000 weekend tickets and sold out all day-ticket allocations.
