Sleeping With Sirens Return to Their Roots With Paralyzed

“Paralyzed is one of the heaviest songs on the new record. We had a blast making it and really leaned into the bands that shaped and inspired us growing up.”
— Kellin Quinn

Sleeping With Sirens Go Heavy on New Single “Paralyzed”

Sleeping With Sirens have shared their new single “Paralyzed,” the latest track from their upcoming eighth studio album An Ending In Itself, set for release on June 12, 2026 via Rise Records.

Arriving with an accompanying visualizer, “Paralyzed” finds the Los Angeles alternative rock mainstays leaning hard into the heavier edge of their sound. It is sharp, emotional and wired with the kind of intensity that helped make the band a defining name of the Warped Tour era.

A Heavier Cut From the New Record

Frontman Kellin Quinn describes “Paralyzed” as one of the heaviest songs on the album, with the band drawing inspiration from formative acts including Thrice, The Used and Haste The Day.

That influence comes through in the track’s collision of aggression and melody. “Paralyzed” does not abandon the soaring hooks Sleeping With Sirens are known for, but it wraps them in something darker, more urgent and more bruising.

An Ending In Itself Arrives in June

Produced by Will Yip, whose credits include Turnstile, Circa Survive and Movements, An Ending In Itself is being framed as both a homecoming and a reckoning. The album reconnects with the restless spirit of the band’s earlier material while carrying the emotional weight of recent records How It Feels to Be Lost and Complete Collapse.

The record also marks Sleeping With Sirens’ first release with Rise Records since Feel, which debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. Their earlier Rise releases include With Ears to See and Eyes to Hear and the gold-certified Let’s Cheers to This, home to the platinum single “If You Can’t Hang.”
