The Dwarves extend 2026 tour as Jenkem continues to draw strong notices

The Dwarves are keeping their 2026 run going, with European dates already underway and a North American leg set for September as their new album Jenkem continues to pick up glowing reviews.

Released on the band’s own Greedy Records, Jenkem arrives as a 14-track blast of caustic punk, wiry hooks and blunt-force humour. The response has been notably warm by the band’s abrasive standards, with critics repeatedly pointing to the record as a return to form.

A new video in the mix

The album’s latest visual, Damned If I Do, has also landed, with a video directed by Samuel Gonzalez Jr. and produced by Gigi Gustin. The song sits among the sharper cuts on the record, pairing a clean, immediate chorus with the band’s usual taste for triggering a reaction.

“The most notorious live punk act of all time is also the last punk band to make great records!” says Blag Dahlia. “JENKEM hits hard and fast—catchy old-school punk dripping with that trademark Dwarves attitude.”

Others have been equally blunt in their praise. Classic Rock called Jenkem “a classic, end to end”, while RPM Online said it is “filled with tremendous songs which make an immediate impact and others which will worm their way deep into your skull.”
