The Molotovs Eye Another Chart-Topper with ‘Rhythm Of Yourself’

The Molotovs are charging toward their third UK physical singles chart-topper with their punchy new track ‘Rhythm Of Yourself’, out 31st October via Marshall Records. Fresh off the success of ‘More More More’ and ‘Today’s Gonna Be Our Day’, the brother-sister powerhouse continues their high-octane streak—this time with a defiantly personal message.

Simultaneously, the London duo have announced their biggest-ever headline show at Camden’s Electric Ballroom on 23rd October, following a stint across the US supporting Sex Pistols and Frank Carter. Tickets go on sale at 5pm today HERE.

‘A Chant for Individualism’

Frontman Matt Carts, still just 17, describes the new single as “a chant for individualism”—a rousing call to resist manipulation and stay true to your own rhythm. Influenced by the sharp sounds of early ‘80s Jam, Favourite Worst Nightmare-era Arctic Monkeys, and the snarling edge of the Sex Pistols, it’s a tight, aggressive anthem that arrives just in time to fire up the autumn.

“The verses tell the story of an older, cunning man presenting a contract to a young kid, promising him the world whilst trying desperately to change everything about him,” Matt explains. “The chorus is a ‘sod all that’ attitude—be your own man and groove to the beat of your own drum.”

The single lands with B-side ‘Johnny Don’t Be Scared’, and will be available on limited white vinyl and across digital platforms. Preorders are live now.

From Graft to Glory

Since forming in 2020, The Molotovs have played over 600 gigs, earning nods from legends like Paul Weller and Green Day, and sharing stages with icons such as Blondie, The Libertines, and Sex Pistols. Their live chops and relentless spirit have powered them from pub corners to major venues, making the upcoming 1,500-capacity Electric Ballroom show a milestone that feels hard-earned—and completely deserved.

Their debut album, Wasted On Youth, is set for release on 31st January 2026.
