Every Hell release The People’s Republic of Hell EP and unveil Ironclad
Brighton and Bristol-based heavy band Every Hell have released their new EP The People’s Republic of Hell today, with focus single Ironclad leading the charge. The four-track set lands as the group continue to shape a bigger, more wide-open sound, helped by the addition of Jules Maas-Palmer on guitar and synths.

A sharper, heavier reset
Frontman Will Gardner says the EP captures a new phase for the band, describing it as a “statement of intent” while they work towards a full-length debut. “This EP really marks a new chapter for Every Hell,” he said. “The band has found its identity much more now and the addition of Jules (synth/guitar) has opened up so many more possibilities regarding both our live and studio sound. It’s a pretty short sharp slap in the face, but it kinda serves as a ‘statement of intent’ for the future.”
Gardner also said The People’s Republic of Hell was originally set to draw tracks from the album-to-come, before the band parked the LP plan and chose to get four of the most immediate songs out first. “We picked four of the biggest bangers, tracks that felt less like album cuts and more like singles,” he said. “These four really stood out, and as a body of work, I think it’s a great little glimpse of what’s to come.”
The title, he added, ties into the visual and thematic thread running through the release, from the tank imagery to the 1950s cinema and old-school 3D glasses references woven through the artwork.
July brings Arcane Roots support slots
The EP release lands just after the band’s launch show at Signature Brewery in London on 25 June, and ahead of a short run of dates that includes support slots with recently reformed Arcane Roots in Milton Keynes and Brighton. There’s also a Bristol date in October supporting Eyes.
