Parker Barrow announce November and December 2026 UK dates with Wood Burnt Red
Parker Barrow will head out on a UK tour this November and December, bringing Worcestershire southern blues-rock outfit Wood Burnt Red along as special guests.
The run begins at London’s Black Heart on 25 November and moves through Norwich, Milton Keynes, Porthcawl, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. The Nashville band will also appear at Planet Rockstock in Porthcawl during the tour.
The dates arrive alongside Parker Barrow’s new recording of The Black Crowes’ My Morning Song, taken from their second album Hold The Mash. Their version takes on the original’s expansive, bluesy sweep while sitting naturally alongside the band’s own hard-driving rock and soul-inflected sound.
A new take on a Black Crowes deep cut
Hold The Mash expands on material first heard on last year’s EP of the same name, including Make It, Novocaine, The Healer and Glass Eyes Cryin’, alongside newer cuts such as Nothin’ Left To Save and Ruby’s Reckoning.
Led by vocalist Megan Kane and drummer Dylan Turner, Parker Barrow’s current line-up also features guitarist and musical director Alex Bender, alongside guitarist Will Tipton, bassist Kyle Priber and keyboard player Eric Safka. The band’s live set has become a central part of its identity, with Kane’s full-blooded vocal performances meeting chunky riffs, organ colour and a deep Southern groove.
Wood Burnt Red join the full UK run
Wood Burnt Red will open every date. The four-piece recently released their debut album Hold On Tight, an eleven-track record drawing together country, Americana and southern rock. Its recent singles Fire Me Up and Best Things have both received airplay on Planet Rock Radio.
The pairing makes for a suitably rootsy bill: Parker Barrow bringing a Nashville-bred strain of blues rock, while Wood Burnt Red arrive with a grittier British take on country-rock and Southern-styled songwriting.
