‘Tomorrow We Escape’ Marks a Bold New Era for Ho99o9

“Everybody has a struggle. The goal is to find motivation for preservation.”

HO99O9 RETURN WITH THIRD ALBUM TOMORROW WE ESCAPE

New single ‘Upside Down’ out now with dystopian video

Ho99o9 — the shape-shifting punk-rap outfit born in New Jersey and bred in Los Angeles — are back with their most emotionally charged record to date. The band’s third studio album, Tomorrow We Escape, drops September 9th, and it promises to be a raw amalgamation of their genre-defying sound: from industrial noise to metallic punk, glitchy hip-hop to electronic chaos.

A Shift Toward the Personal

“When we started this process, we knew we wanted to make more relatable songs,” says theOGM. “It was a healthy challenge to focus on emotion… The goal is to find motivation for preservation.”

That drive toward emotional realism finds its form in Tomorrow We Escape, which leans away from the band’s overt political messaging and instead channels deeply personal narratives of struggle and survival.

Lead Single ‘Upside Down’ Out Now

The record’s lead single, Upside Down, dropped today. It’s a volatile, neck-snapping anthem full of warped guitar snarls, woozy vocal loops, and pulverizing low-end. Paired with a stark, dystopian video—where the Yuan reigns as global currency and water is a black market hustle—it sets the tone for an album grounded in a future that’s far too plausible.

On Tour This Summer

Ho99o9 will bring their incendiary live energy to the Vans Warped Tour stop in Long Beach this July:

  • July 26 & 27 – Long Beach, CA (Vans Warped Tour)

Then they head down under for an August tour of Australia alongside the legendary Dillinger Escape Plan.

Known for their genre-mutating sound and explosive stage presence, Ho99o9 continue to build on a career that’s seen them tear up stages with Slipknot, Lil Uzi Vert, The Prodigy, and JPEGMAFIA, while also appearing on The Eric Andre Show and dropping collaborations with underground heroes and icons alike.
