Arch Enemy Drop New Single & Video “Liars & Thieves” from Blood Dynasty
Swedish melodic death metal titans Arch Enemy have unveiled their latest single, “Liars & Thieves,” taken from their forthcoming 12th studio album, Blood Dynasty, set for release on March 28, 2025. Fans got an early taste of the song during the band’s current co-headline tour with In Flames, and now the full track is available for all to experience.
The release coincides with the band’s “Rising From The North” European tour, which kicked off on October 3rd in Glasgow. “Liars & Thieves” has already been making waves at live shows, and the newly released studio version captures the same intense energy and melody-driven assault that Arch Enemy is known for.
A Message of Resilience
Packed with their signature crushing riffs and guttural intensity, “Liars & Thieves” dives deep into themes of personal struggle and perseverance, layered over an unrelenting, melodic death metal backdrop. Speaking on the new track, guitarist Michael Amott shared:
“‘Liars & Thieves’ is a fast, heavy-hitting track, with a melody that’s been getting stuck in people’s heads—don’t say I didn’t warn you!”
To accompany the track, Arch Enemy have dropped a high-octane music video, filmed during their European tour by renowned director Jens De Vos, capturing the raw energy and electric connection between the band and their fans.
Blood Dynasty – Coming March 2025
Blood Dynasty promises to be another colossal entry in the Arch Enemy discography, featuring 11 tracks filled with the band’s signature blistering guitar work, tight rhythms, and growling vocals. Michael Amott describes the album as a step forward, saying, “This new album pushes the boundaries of what we’ve done before—it’s everything you’ve come to expect from this band, and then some.”
