Castle Rat bring fantasy doom to the screen in new Dragon video
Castle Rat have unveiled a new video for Dragon, a track taken from their 2025 second album The Bestiary.
The New York heavy metal troupe’s latest visual continues the band’s character-driven fantasy world, with the clip arriving as they prepare to take their theatrical live production across North America this autumn. The 20-date Summon The Beasts Tour 2026 will include headline stops at The Belasco in Los Angeles and Webster Hall in New York.
A larger stage for The Realm
Castle Rat’s forthcoming run is billed as their largest headline tour to date, bringing the live battle scenes and lore surrounding their onstage Realm to bigger rooms across the US and Canada. The tour begins in Baltimore on 23 September before concluding in New York on 21 October.
The band will also offer a VIP package for the first time. The pass includes entry to a two-song soundcheck, a meet and greet with signing, an exclusive merchandise item, early access to the merch stand and a photo opportunity with the Rat Reaperess.
