Left To Suffer fire back with new single STFU

“Some people think we sold out. Others think we lost the plot. So we did what anyone else from Atlanta would do and tuned up to Drop B, wrote some nu metal riffs, and talked a whole lot of shit.”

Left To Suffer answer their critics on new single STFU ahead of Unwelcome Guest

LEFT TO SUFFER have shared STFU, a blunt new single from their forthcoming album Unwelcome Guest, due for release on 9 October via Hopeless Records.

The Atlanta heavy outfit lean into Drop B riffs and a nu metal-inflected groove on the track, which arrives as the latest preview of the 11-song record. Its title leaves little room for misinterpretation, with guitarist Peter Higgs framing the song as a direct response to those attempting to dictate the band’s sound.

A Drop B answer to the noise

“Some people think we sold out. Others think we lost the plot,” Higgs says. “So we did what anyone else from Atlanta would do and tuned up to Drop B, wrote some nu metal riffs, and talked a whole lot of shit. This one’s for everyone who decided they knew what LEFT TO SUFFER was supposed to be better than we did.”

LEFT TO SUFFER – Unwelcome Guest

STFU follows the announcement of Unwelcome Guest, an album set to include the previously released Therapy, alongside the title track and a collaboration with DISTANT vocalist Alan Grnja.

The record will be available ahead of the band’s forthcoming tour dates with Dying Fetus. Pre-order the album here, and stream STFU here.
