Elder, Russian Circles and Brutus join ArcTanGent’s first Cotswolds edition
ArcTanGent Festival has added Elder, Russian Circles and Brutus to its expanding 2027 bill, with the latter two set to co-headline the festival’s Wednesday early-entry programme.
The new announcement arrives as ArcTanGent prepares for a significant change of scenery. The festival will make its first appearance at Todenham Manor Farm near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, after relocating to the Cotswolds for 2027.

Russian Circles and Brutus will both make their first ArcTanGent appearances since 2023, while Brutus’ set has been confirmed as a UK-exclusive festival performance. The Belgian trio said: “We’re extremely happy we can come back to ArcTanGent, exactly 10 years after our first show. This will be a UK exclusive festival show, we hope to see you all there!”

Wednesday co-headliners lead fresh wave of names
Elsewhere in the latest intake are Faetooth, Future of the Left, SubRosa, Hippotraktor and Kong. Future of the Left will mark 20 years of Curses, while SubRosa and Kong arrive following reunions after extended breaks.
The announcement also includes A-Tota-So, Bloed, Cold Night For Alligators, Death Goals and Tunic, alongside Earth Moves, Earthside, hubris., Ihlo, Lancing Hand, paper hats and Speedial.
They join previously announced main-stage headliners Blood Incantation and Neurosis, plus The Wildhearts, who will play a special progressive set. Other names already confirmed include SLIFT, The Ocean, Conjurer, Holy Fawn, MØL, Employed to Serve, Psychonaut and Lowen.

Employed to Serve’s performance will celebrate the tenth anniversary of The Warmth of a Dying Sun.
Russian Circles said: “We’re always honoured to be asked to play at ArcTanGent. The festival’s organic growth over the years has really made such a cultural impact. The 2027 lineup is amazing and a true testament to the festival’s legacy of artistry and integrity. We are looking forward to returning and can’t wait to see the new site.”
ArcTanGent heads to Gloucestershire
ArcTanGent 2027 will run across three main festival days, with a limited early-entry option on Wednesday for holders of four-day tickets. Festival organiser James Scarlett said the event’s move comes after its first sold-out edition.
Scarlett said: “To be sat here a few months after our first ever sold out ATG, with ticket sales for next years festival already miles ahead of where they’ve EVER been at this time of year, AND announcing two juggernauts co-headlining our early entry Wednesday, feels like an immense privilege.”
He continued: “To also be announcing a range of other incredible bands that include Future Of The Left and Kong – who have both released some of my personal, genuine all-time favourite albums – reminds me what a huge honour it is to put on ArcTanGent Festival. We truly can’t wait to begin the next chapter at our new home with this amazing community.”
