TX2 set March 2027 UK headline run after Download Festival appearance
TX2 will return to the UK in March 2027 for a six-date headline tour, opening with their biggest UK headline show to date at London’s Electric Ballroom.
The announcement follows the band’s Download Festival 2026 appearance last weekend and arrives as new single Confession continues to cut through. The tour begins in London on 4 March before heading to Southampton, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Nottingham.
A bigger UK run after Download
Speaking about the tour, vocalist Evan Thomas said: “Download was absolute chaos in the best possible way. The UK showed up, screamed every word, and made us feel right at home. We’ve always believed this community was bigger than borders, genders, sexuality, and this weekend proved it. So now it’s time to do what we’ve been talking about for a long time – come back and headline our own tour. If Download was any indication, we’re going to make some unforgettable memories together.”
The March itinerary keeps TX2 in clubs and mid-sized rooms, with the Electric Ballroom date giving the run its sharpest UK marker.

- 4 March: London, Electric Ballroom
- 6 March: Southampton, 1856
- 7 March: Bristol, Thekla
- 9 March: Manchester, Academy 2
- 10 March: Glasgow, Cathouse
- 12 March: Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
Confession brings Corky to the front
The tour news follows the release of Confession, a cathartic new track that brings bassist Corky forward vocally alongside Thomas. The song follows TX2’s debut album End Of Us, out now via Hopeless Records, and leans into themes of faith, sexuality, guilt and reclaiming control.
Thomas said: “I grew up religious, and as a queer person when I was growing up I struggled hard with my sexuality. I thought there was a demon in me and something was wrong. Then I realized the problem wasn’t me, it was religion directly conflicting with science and my attraction. Confession was my chance to regain that power I felt like I lost when I first realized I wasn’t straight. For Corky on the other hand, it’s much more. She spent even longer feeling guilty and trapped and this is her chance to let it out. This song is powerful to us.”
