Saves The Day to perform Stay What You Are in full on five-date UK run
Saves The Day are heading back to the UK this November for a five-date tour marking the 25th anniversary of Stay What You Are. The band will play the 2001 album front to back each night, with Chastity and Turn of Phrase along for the run.
The dates begin in Bristol on 17 November before taking in London, Nottingham and Glasgow. The final stop comes in Liverpool, where the band will headline the inaugural Loud & Clear Festival.
Originally released on Vagrant Records in 2001, Stay What You Are has long been treated as a touchstone record for the emo and punk scenes that followed, with its mix of sharp-edged songwriting and Chris Conley’s confessional writing style helping shape the band’s legacy well beyond its initial release.
Artist presale begins at 10am UK time, with general sale following at 10am on Wednesday 1 July. Tickets and presale details are available via savestheday.com.
